If you recieve a lot of sars and your question gets deleted for a violation, do you keep or lose those stars?
I asked a question that earned me 49 stars and increased my star count. Unfortunately it was later deleted under their infamous "chatting" violation, but my counter stayed the same, so does that mean they don't revoke the stars even though they do with your points?
A-Best: You get to keep the stars because they are worthless, there's no points associated with having stars.
A: Yes, for the stars really have no intrinsic value. Points do and they can be removed
A: You can keep the points you earned from the star, even if the question is deleted.
Yahoo Answers only revoke your question or answers. While your points is yours to keep.
