Question:

When does traffic start to get busy on the I-15 and I-95 in the morning?
I'll be going North on the I-15 and I-95 tomorrow morning and need to figure out what time to leave my house. What time does traffic start getting really busy? Apparently you don't live in Vegas. The I-15 travels right through the heart of town and you can exit to the 95 and go North on it as well to get to the Northwest part of town. I am looking for answers from folks who travel these roads on weekday mornings. If you don't know, then don't answer!

A-Best: 8 am can be the most congestion. and they by 11 a.m. calm and after 3 pm to 7 p.m. is congested again. this is going to be a holiday weekend, so you never know when it starts. can be bad or calm. lots of construction on 15 so be very careful.  

A: WTF. The I-15 goes from San Diego to the Canadian border vis Las Vegas and Salt Lake City. The I-95 goes up the east coast from Florida to Maine. There is no way you can go up both of these the same day unless you fly from one coast to the other. Besides, these are very long roads. Where in these roads would you be driving?
